Jeffrey Ponce Aguilar

Jeffrey Ponce "Jeff" Aguilar (June 29, 1989 – April 2, 2016) was a 26-year-old man who was mortally injured by Fairfax County Police officer Joseph Salino, who struck Aguilar as he crossed Beulah Street against the light in Alexandria on the evening of April 2, 2016.[1][2]

Aguilar was taken to the Inova HealthPlex in Alexandria, where he died less than 45 minutes later.

Aguilar had finished working at the Lucky's Sports Theatre and Grill in the Festival at Manchester Lakes shopping center and was walking home when he was struck.
