Kathleen H. MacKay

The Honorable Kathleen H. MacKay was a judge of the Fairfax Circuit Court from 1997 to 2007 and the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court from 1993 to 1997.

MacKay was appointed to the bench of the Circuit Court by Governor George Allen in November 1997.[1]

In October 2007, MacKay announced her intention to retire from the bench of the court on December 31.[2]
