Lorraine Nordlund
The Honorable Lorraine Nordlund (~1955 - ) is a judge on the Fairfax Circuit Court.
Nordlund graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1977 with a degree in Biology and obtained her J.D. from the College of William & Mary Marshall-Wythe Law School in 1981.
Nordlund served as an assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for four years from 1982 to 1986, then entered private practice for another 10 years.[1]
In 1996, Nordlund was named to the bench of the Fairfax County General District Court, replacing Leslie M. Alden, who became a Circuit Court judge.[1][2]
In February 2010, Nordlund became a judge on the Circuit Court.[3]
