Michael Douglas "Doug" Scott (b. November 14, 1956) was the chief of the Fairfax County Police Department from 1995 to 1998 and the chief of the Fairfax City Police Department from 1998 to 2000.

Scott joined FCPD as a cadet following his graduation from Hayfield High School in 1975.
