McLean Hills

McLean Hills is a condominium neighborhood in McLean.

It was originally built in 1967 as the Magarity Woods Apartments. The complex was converted to condominiums in 1983, at which time the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors approved the purchase of 25 units in the complex.[1]

The complex is served by the McLean Hills Condominium Association and managed by Cardinal Management Group.
