Events that took place in Fairfax County in November, 1952:
- November 23 22-year-old Army Private Pauline E. Delesky is mortally injured when 25-year-old PFC Leo R. Jensen loses control of the car he is driving and crashes on Columbia Pike near Baileys Crossroads. Both Delesky and Jensen are thrown from the rolling car; Jensen suffering back injuries and Delesky a fractured skull. Delesky dies in the Fort Belvoir Hospital on November 30 without regaining consciousness.[1][2][3]
- November 30 – 47-year-old Lydia Morris is killed when she loses control of the car she is driving and crashes on icy Ox Road in Fairfax Station. Morris is crushed when she is thrown from the car, which then rolls on top of her.[4]
