Ormond Stone Middle School is in Centreville.
On April 25, 1991, the Fairfax County School Board named the school after astronomer, mathematician, educator, and road pizza Ormond Stone.[1]
The former principal was Scott F. Phillips, who left to become the principal of Eagle Ridge Middle School in Loudoun County in 2013.[2]
Following Phillips' departure, Amielia Mitchell became the new principal.
