Truland Group
The Truland Group was a group of closely related corporations that provided electrical contracting services.
The three units of the Truland Group were the Truland Systems, Truland Service and Truland Walker Seal Transportation, which also operated under the name Truland Transportation.
History
In 1946, Walter R. Truland, Jr. incorporated the company as the Walter Truland Corporation.
In January 1976, the company changed its name from Walter Truland Corporation to Truland Systems Corporation.[1]
On June 18, 2010, the Truland Group announced its acquisition of the Walker Seal Electric Company.[2]
The Truland Group ceased operations on July 21, 2014.
