Events that took place in Fairfax County in November, 1990:
- November 3 – 17-year-old Robin M. Anderson is fatally shot in his car on Richmond Highway by 18-year-old Robert R. Redfearn. One of his passengers drives him to the Mount Vernon Hospital, where he is pronounced dead.[1][2][3]
- November 6 – 29-year-old Raymond C. McKiver is fatally stabbed to settle an argument at his home at 7222 Fordson Road in Alexandria. McKiver is flown to the Fairfax Hospital, where he dies about two hours later, becoming the 25th homicide victim for the year in the county.[3][4]
- November 13 – 22-year-old Nathan Price enters an Alford plea before Judge Michael P. McWeeny and is convicted of the August 8 murder of 19-year-old Gordon Stewart at the Lorton Youth Center.[5]
- November 15 – 22-year-old Preston C. Brown is convicted of first-degree murder and rape for his killing of Rebecca L. Reese in Chantilly on August 4.[6]
- November 25 – 37-year-old Paulette Griffin is fatally stabbed in her home at 4501 Stone Pine Court in Chantilly by her husband, 46-year-old Lieutenant Colonel Bruce N. Griffin. Paulette is taken to the Fairfax Hospital, where she dies.[7][8]
