Graham Park Plaza is a shopping center in Falls Church.
Formerly known as the Loehmann's Plaza, it is owned by the Federal Realty Investment Trust, which acquired the plaza in 1983.
The Giant Food was built in 2008 and was preceded by a renovation of the center in 2007.
The Loehmann's department store that formerly gave its name to the plaza closed in February 2014, and was replaced by a Stein Mart, which opened on May 15.[1]
