- September 6, 1991 – 28-year-old Steven C. Intachit fatally shoots his 24-year-old girlfriend Jeanette W. Zarou, then commits suicide in the bedroom of his home at 3500 Courtland Drive in Falls Church
- September 6, 2001 – 26-year-old Hye Jin Lee is stabbed to death in her home at 14629 Seasons Drive in Centreville by 39-year-old Nam Gyu Lee.
