- November 25, 1948 – 4-year-old Mary M. Proctor is mortally injured when she falls out of a second-floor window of her family's house at 212 N. Cherry street in Falls Church. She dies two days later at the Arlington Hospital.
- November 25, 1970 – Judge Albert V. Bryan, Jr. invalidates the county's recent 10% tax on admissions to entertainments, including movie theaters, as violating the Virginia Constitution.
- November 25, 1997 – 25-year-old Gwendolyn T. Jackson is beaten and strangled to death in her townhouse at 4559 Southland Avenue in the Lincolnia area of Alexandria by her boyfriend's estranged wife, Dolly Parks.
- November 25, 2004 – Darius T. Hicks fatally shoots 21-year-old Shawndre N. Fulton, who was eight months pregnant with his daughter, in the Mount Vernon Woods Park in Alexandria.
