- November 12, 2008 – 66-year-old Richard L. Whitenton is killed when his 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle strikes a 2004 Nissan minivan driven by a 38-year-old woman who had run the red light at the intersection of Legato Road and Lee Highway in Fairfax. Whitenton is airlifted to Inova Fairfax Hospital, where he is pronounced dead.
- November 12, 2011 – 26-year-old Will Alberto Machado Avelar kills himself and mortally injures his passenger, 36-year-old Oscar Rodriguez Costanza, when he loses control of his 2001 Nissan and strikes a tree on Dranesville Road and Park Avenue in Herndon. Rodriguez is taken to Fairfax Hospital, where he dies of his injuries.
- November 12, 2012 – 58-year-old Elizabeth P. Shattuck is killed when she is struck by a 1998 Chevrolet S10 pickup truck as she attempts to cross Columbia Pike near Ashwood Place in the Lake Barcroft area of Falls Church.
- November 12, 2016 – 69-year-old Eugene M. Kotlarchuk is struck and killed by a woman driving a Hyundai Sonata as he jaywalks across Richmond Highway in Alexandria.
